Custom Shoes & Hats
Custom shoes and hats are made and ordered by special request by you. Once an order has been placed and the designer is paid your money can not be refunded under any terms.
Custom Products Return Policy
If hat or custom shoe is defected or is not what you ordered then I will have the designer to repair of replace the item.
La Femme Boutique dba Churchsuit.com will not refund any moneys. Once you review these terms you are agreeing to abide by our policies.
There are not exceptions to this policy and we reserved the right to amend or change this policy at will.


Layaway

All layaways must be paid out by the 30 days or they will be restocked. If Payments aren't made as stated items will be restocked and incur a 20% restocking fee.
All restocked merchandise will incur a 20% restocking fee. Store credit good for 3 months for the balance.

Returns
We do not except RETURNS unless there is a manufactures defect. All defects or wrong orders inquiries must be completed in 3 days of receipt. No exceptions!

RETURNS
1. Call for a RA return authorization number. Please write your number large on the front.
2. Items must be unworn, no orders, on same hanger with tags and in same packaging.
No Exceptions!
2. Insure your item to make sure we get them.
3. All returns will be issued a store credit.

Privacy Policies
If you call in your order we will need your personal information. Once the transaction is complete your information is destroyed. Churchsuit.com does not keep or sell any of your personal information. When ordering on line our website do not retain your information unless you estabish an account. Our checkout account is PCI/PA-DSS Compliant.


When you make a purchase with La Femme Boutique or Churchsuit.com you are agreeing to conform to and or accepting our policies. There are no exceptions.
